Michael Harvey, co-creator of the television show "Cold Case Files" who is now a best-selling novelist. His newest book, "The Fifth Floor," like Harvey's previous novel, is set in the heart of Chicago and ties in a modern-day murder to the Great Chicago Fire of 1871.
